Return Policy

At 10 10 Hats, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

  • Returns Only (No Exchanges): We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it following our return policy and then place a new order using the e-gift card provided.
  • Return Period: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original order date.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered, unworn and with all original tags attached. Products that are returned with signs of wear or damage may not qualify for a return.
  • How to Return:
    • Prepare your package: Include the item you are returning, the original order number, the name on the order, and the reason for the return.

    • Notify us: Please email sales@1010hats.com to inform us that you are returning an item. This helps us to track your return and process your e-gift card promptly.
  • Refunds: We do not provide direct refunds. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will issue an e-gift card equivalent to the purchase price. You can use this card toward any future purchase on our website.
  • 3.5% Refund Fee: Customer acknowledges that payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable. Therefore, any approved refund may be reduced by up to 3.5% of the original transaction amount.
